Introduction

He was always on the move and could sit and meditate in any place on any given moment. He drank a little milk to quench his hunger and nothing else. Due to his prolonged sittings in Samadhi, he was blessed with a ‘Jnana Body’. Iron filings get magnetised by sticking to a piece of magnet. Similarly the dust coating on his body was fully charged with curative powers. He used to scrap some dust coating from his body and give it to cure some chronic disease. The ‘prasadam’ (offerings) given after the abisekam of a ‘Navapasama’ statue, can cure a number of diseases. The dust coating taken from his body had similar curative effect. He used to sit in samadhi in tree holes when he wanted to be alone. Even withered trees used to sprout, when he was inside. With his blessing one can become a famous doctor or an agriculturist.

Speciality

Azhukannar is a Yogic Siddhar, who enjoys the vision of Manonmanithrough eternal meditation. Azhukannar’s heart melts for those who are in distress. This elevated soul expects his disciples to excel better than him in Gnanam (knowledge of truth).
